What types of food can I list?

Sweetly is a celebration of great food from every country. That means Indian, Italian, Greek, Iranian, Turkish, Thai, Chinese, French, Vietnamese and even Aussie treats.

We do not allow any food containing raw egg or uncooked meat to be listed on the site. This is against Sweetly's terms and conditions.

How big are the food portions?

Cooks decide the size of the portions they make. We ask that cooks describe the portion size in their meal listing.

What about people with Food Allergies?

On each listing you find food that matches a specific dietary requirement such as Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Halal or Dairy Free. If in doubt, you can message the cooks to ask for more information about the preparation and ingredients on the listing page.

What if I don't like the food I ordered?

One of the amazing features of an online community is feedback. After ordering a meal or food you can leave a rating for your home cook. This will allow cooks to improve their cooking and respond to suggestions and tips for making their food more delicious.

Users can request a refund if any order has not been delivered, misrepresented or is considered to be unsafe. If this occurs home cooks will forfeit payment and a full refund will be issued to the user who ordered the meal.

What about delivery?

Some home cooks do offer delivery. Often this depends on the quantity of food ordered and the delivery location. To see if a meal or food item can be delivered check the description.
